Dear Parents/Carers,
In light of the guidance received from public health around limiting visitors in Sunderland schools due to rising COVID-19 cases, we have decided to hold our parents’ evening virtually.
To limit disruption, all time slots will remain the same from the original booking system. These will take place on Tuesday 16th and Wednesday 17th November.
If for any reason you cannot make this slot please email office@hvi.org.uk.
We would like this to take place via Showbie video call. You will receive a call via Showbie from your child’s class teacher (on the device you have Showbie on) at your allocated time slot. We will try our best to stick to this time however please allow for some flexibility.
