Although all our children in KS1 and Reception are entitled to a Free School Meal it is still necessary for the form below to be completed by any parent in receipt of any of the following:
Income Support
Employment and Support Allowance - Income Related (ESA(IR))
Income based Job Seekers Allowance
Guarentee element of State Pension Credit
Support under part vi of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999
Child Tax Credit (but not Working Tax Credit) and have an income below the threshold
