• Year 2 let off some steam!
  Some of our year 2 children have had an active morning enjoying a Joe Wicks exercise session in the hall.
• NSPCC Assembly
  A reminder to all parents that today is our NSPCC assembly in school. Children will learn about how to stay safe from harm in an age appropriate and interactive session.
• Anti Bullying at Hill View Infant Academy
  The time is almost upon us to apply for the GOLD anti-bullying charter mark. This is a really exciting time in school for the staff and children, with lots of new initiatives and activities going on.
• Fair trade
  A reminder that this Friday is Fair Trade coffee morning at 9:00am in the school hall.
• Operation Encompass
  From 24th April 2017 we will be an 'Operation Encompass School'. The purpose of Operation Encompass is to safeguard and support children and young people who have been involved in a domestic abuse incident.
• Attendance Challenge update
  Current whole school attendance is now at 96.4%. We are still striving to reach our target of 97%. With your help we may actually make it. The Easter treats have been purchased and are ready to be given out!
• Attendance Challenge
  We want to see if it’s possible to achieve 100% attendance across the whole school next week- 3rd to 7th April. We hope you can support us in trying to achieve this by bringing your child to school every day for the 5 day challenge.
• Sainsbury's Vouchers
  A reminder that we are collecting Sainsbury's School Vouchers and hope to use the funds to buy equipment etc. for Sports day/ PE.
• Parents Evening
  Parents Evening for Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 is Tuesday 28th March and Wednesday 29th March.
